Tzatziki

Ingredients
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • dill and olives for garnish 
  • salt pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Grate the cucumber, drain well rubbing with salt.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well. 
  3. Garnish with dill and Greek olives.
