Riganada

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf of bread stale if possible
  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large ripe tomato
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • goat cheese or feta cheese
  • fresh or dried oregano

Cooking time: 10 min


Preparation​​​​​​​

  1. Slice the loaf of bread and place on a cooking pan. Bake at 180°C till light brown. 
  2. Grate the tomato, add the onion and the garlic and mix together. 
  3. Spread on each slice of bread and add the cheese on top. 
  4. Bake for another five minutes, add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
