Aegina is known as the Fistiki island: fistiki-Φιστίκι, meaning pistachio in Greek.
The production of pistachios is one of the last traditions testifying to the rural past that still exists in Aegina. As it is still one of the most important economic factors on the island, local farmers have developed over the years techniques of cultivation and preparation that allow the fruit to give its best. These natural methods have remained intact over time.
Philippos Hellenic Goods offers a variety of different pistachios and packaging but with equal excellence in quality, taste and tradition.
